“Vivian, your energy, knowledge and experience has been like liquid gold to me. I consider myself self-aware, and I have attended a lot of training on diversity and cultural awareness. However, I have learned from you one very encounter, meeting, and training session I have attended. Your method of teaching, creates action!”
Hari M

“Hi Vivian, I’d just like to give a personal thanks for the event you ran with Social Work England. I
undertake independent assessments, and it was timely (for me) that you spoke on the subject as I had an instruction to undertake a “culturally competent” assessment of a family. I applied the principles you shared in the assessments and subsequently received very positive feedback in the quality assurance of
the report I completed. They said it was “comprehensive, child-centric and analytical”. Thank-you again, it was a most valuable thirty minutes.”
