I feel led to speak out about something that has been bothering me for ages! This is it! I must get it out of my mind…! Last month marked the 6th anniversary of Meghan and Harry’s marriage — a milestone that feels nothing short of miraculous given the relentless deep, cold, hate they have faced. Marriage, especially high-profile ones, is challenging enough without the constant barrage of unchecked cynicism and negativity from the media. The ongoing family conflicts have been exploited for sensationalism, clickbait and views. I cannot help but speak out; it is painful to witness! The media’s avalanche of lies and hate must stop. Meghan and Harry are only humans, and their children are growing up amid a concoction of lies and daily hostilities directed at their parents. Imagine the emotional toll this takes on innocent kids as they come of age and begin to comprehend what’s happening. The accusations and falsehoods hurled at Meghan and Harry are nothing short of malicious. What have they done that is so much worse than others? If anything, they are leaving a legacy of hope for wounded soldiers all around the World with the Invictus Games charity. They are young, free to do as they please, leave them alone! Both Meghan and Harry have demonstrated incredible strength in the face of perpetual harm, race-based hate targeted at Meghan and by extension Harry. It is simply callous, they are humans. Leave them alone! The media’s cold-hearted portrayal has shown no regard for their emotional and mental well-being or the negative effects on their growing children. One has to wonder if the press is being paid to cause such damage to them. If so, how much is common sense and conscience worth these days? For what it is worth, on their 6th wedding anniversary, I make this heartfelt plea: Leave Meghan and Harry alone. For some reason, my heart bleeds for them. They deserve to be left alone and free from malicious lies and hate. Let them be!
