On World Social Work Day, 21.03.2023, the new book D.I.V.E.R.S.I.T.Y. – (A Guide to Working with Diversity and Developing Cultural Sensitivity) for all people-facing Professionals by Vivian Okeze – Tirado was officially published in the UK and the US! Excited for VOT Training. The book is based on an acrostic poem, a simple practice tool, easy to remember, easy to use, which provides easily achievable steps and practical guidance to empower you and increase cultural competence.
This is what Steve Jones, Publishing Director, Jessica Kingsley (JKP) Publishers, said about his first meeting with Author Vivian Okeze, Tirado, which resulted in the publishing deal.

She was speaking about her D.I.V.E.R.S.I.T.Y. acrostic poem – a tool for exploring diversity and cultural competence — and was struck by how she really captured the imagination of all those listening.
