Course Outline

  • To develop knowledge around Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). The Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The main concepts, terminology and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • To facilitate reflection points to help participants to learn about themselves, their perception and worldview which might impact their practice.
  • To suggest practical ways in which you can work effectively with diversity and inspire inclusion.
  • To introduce the Diversity Acrostic Poem – A reflective framework for Diversity and Inclusion.
  • This course can be used as a CPD exercise. Upon successful completion, Certificates will be emailed to participants.
